I just got through attending the EducationUSA Country Fair, which is always one of my favorite events at the NAFSA conference. EducationUSA adviser work with students in countries all over the world who want to attend colleges and universities in the United States.
The Country Fair at the NAFSA conference is international and colorful, with many of the advisers decorating their booths with items from their countries. Some of them even wear their colorful traditional costumes. I'll be uploading pictures from the fair later today. [UPDATE: The pictures are now available on my NAFSA08 Flickr set.]
Just before the fair, I was delighted to meet the representatives of "Team Ontario [Canada]" wearing distinctive black & white bowling shirts.

They claimed that they had the best NAFSA swag and I think they may?be right. It's a lime green soft rubber bracelet with a USB drive hidden inside the clasp! You can be sure that I like that kind of swag. Fashionable, yet technical.?
This evening I'm hoping to get to a couple of receptions, and also to relax. I've got some interesting interviews planned for tomorrow, so stay tuned!
